Books are better than television

(ICTPress) - Hello everyone, my name is Van Do. I am year 2 student at Nedlands Primary School.
I have been living in Perth since April 2012. When I was in year 1, I was granted a Certificate of Merit for writing a very convincing persuasive text on why books are better than television. Here comes it.
“I agree that books are better than television".

Firstly, books can help you know how to speak English, television can’t help you know how to speak English.
Secondly, books are can close whenever you want, television can’t close whatever you want.
Thirdly, you can take book to bed, you can’t take the television.
Therefore, I think books are better than television.”
