Life & English: “Summer with sea”

In hot days, it is real easy relaxation with soaking in sea water. Swimming, play with sea waver or lazy stretch of the body in a float between waver and drift water…all are very interesting.

More interest if you can wake up early in time to pick up the boats cuttle-fishing just come back and buy fresh cuttle-fish pot. The fisherman will give you some full pots of fresh white cuttle puff with wiggle moustache. On the beach, you can buy fresh shrimps, very fresh and not expensive. In early morning, sale and buy of fresh seafood use pot or basket as unit to calculate. It seems fishermen did not want to use scale.

It is interesting to see that fresh cuttles waggle moustache and shrimps crackle dance. Our stomach feel restless hungry when our eyes see them. Simple cooking is boil or roast and add a little salt with lemon. It is charming feast. The fresh of cuttle and shrimp with origin sea flavour is more attractive any mix flavour.
