Exhibition “Hanoi - Spirit of Place” is organized from 19 to 26 Oct 2013 at Gallery 29 Hang Bai, Hanoi
“Hanoi– Spirit of Place” is presenting a rare glimpse ofHanoiand its surroundings in the early 1980s.
It features photographs from a unique archive of some 1700 black and white images taken by John Ramsden while he was working at the British Embassy from 1980-83.

The exhibition has been organised by Vietpro, a group of young Vietnamese professionals working in theUK. The design and content is the work of KREU, a similar group of young Vietnamese working in the creative industries. Leading Vietnamese historians and others have kindly helped and advised, making this a truly collaborative project
