Life & English: “I love Ha Noi”

I live in Ha Noi- the capital of Viet Nam. Its population is 6.561.900 people and it ranks the second biggest city inVietnam.

Unlike Sai Gon, Ha Noi always preserves the traditional beauty. Ha Noi is a classical, beautiful city. Ha Noi’s Old Quarter, the historical center, is still the most crowded area. Over the years, the residents lived by trade and craft that formed 36 streets such as: Hang Bac, Hang Than.... Nowadays, Ha Noi is more modern with many high buildings, supermarkets,... The city is crowed and busy with many vehicles.

Hanoi always attracts tourists, especially Hoan Kiem lake - the diamond of Ha Noi. From the top of the high buildings, it looks like a mirror.TurtleToweris one of specialist things when you tell about Hoan Kiem lake. The tower is located on an island in the middle of Hoan Kiem lake. Near the tower, there is a red bridge. It’s The Huc Bridge, and it’s like a crawfish. The bridge leads toNgocSonTemple. Moreover, Ha Noi has the historical places and public buildings likeTemple of Literature, Thang Long Imperial city, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, FlagTower,...

Ha Noi’s cuisine is delicious. It’s famous for noodles, “bun cha”, green rice cake,... But I think “pho” is the most delicious food. It has white rice noodles  with thin cuts of beef, vegetable, and spice such as chili, chili sauce..

I think the best thing aboutHanoiis the culture. Local people are friendly. They are polite and they’ll help you if you have any problem.

I love Hanoi.
